- Which plan is right for me?
- Start on Zero: it costs nothing until you're paid by card. Once you take more than about £1,200 a month by card, Bump costs less than Zero's fee. Pro is for a business with more than one diary.
- Do you take a cut of my payments?
- On Zero, 1.5% of each card payment taken through Bliv., plus Stripe’s own fee. On Bump and Pro, nothing: only Stripe’s fee. No fee on cash or bank transfer, and if you refund a customer, our fee goes back too.
- I’m a founding member. What changes?
- Bliv. Zero stays free, and you can have Bliv. Pro at the Bump price: £17.99 a month rather than £24.99, for as long as you stay subscribed. That is everything in Pro: five diaries, and 800 Jay messages and 20,000 campaign emails a month. Choose Pro, monthly, in Settings, Billing, where the code FOUNDINGSP is filled in for you. On Zero your Jay messages and emails are Zero's, as everyone's are. Whatever plan you're on, you have five diaries, like Pro; if you already have more, you keep every one, you just can't add another until you're under five. Cancel any time, one use per business.
- What happens when I use up my Jay messages or emails?
- Nothing stops working. Jay tells you the messages are used up and when they come back, on the 1st of the month. A campaign that would go over waits, saved, until there is room.
- What do social posts cost?
- Nothing, apart from AI pictures. The words, the designs in every size, free stock photos and 6 to 15 second videos are all free, and there is no Bliv. mark on anything you post. An AI backdrop is 5 credits, and your first 2 are free. Every new business starts with 50 credits.
- Can I pause in a quiet season?
- On Bump or Pro, yes. Pause from Settings, Billing and we stop charging. You stay on Zero until you resume, with everything kept.
- How do I get paid?
- Card payments go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank. Bliv. never holds your money. You connect Stripe once, under Settings, Payments.
